With all that said, I always feel the need to update the blog when there's a new catty or a sale and I have both coming up starting January 5th!! On January 5th the new Occasions Catalog comes out and SU's promotion of the year starts, Sale-a-bration (SAB)!! I've previewed the products from both and am 'in luv'! Today I thought I'd share some of the playing/creating I've been doing with a few of my NEW favourite things!:)
I've been playing with this IKEA flip style frame and creating different inserts/pages/layouts with the new goodies I got in my preorder from the upcoming catalogs. Some of my favourites, so far, that you'll see peeking out above are:
- world map embossing folder!
- rose thinlets
- Going Global stamp set
On this page you see a close up of the large Rose cutout that I created with the Rose thinlets. Isn't it stunning! The background card behind it doesn't read too detailed in the picture, but trust me, you're going to like what I used to create it, a stamp set you can earn for free during SAB called, "What I Love", but probably my favourite stamp set so far coordinates with the Rose thinlets & is called "Rose Wonder" and that is where I got the stamp I used with the quote from Isaiah 41 above.
